To ensure that all attendees can enjoy the performance in comfort, we ask you to review the guidelines listed below. We appreciate your cooperation.

Recording, filming, and the use of mobile phones are prohibited during the performance.
Disruptive or dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Due to the nature of the production, please refrain from using glow sticks, penlights, or similar items during this performance.
Please refrain from wearing hats that obstruct the view of other audience members, or from holding or waving items such as stuffed animals, toys, large fans, or signs—which are not intended for use during the performance—at a height above chest level, as these actions may disturb other audience members or interfere with their enjoyment of the show.
Please be advised that if any of these prohibited acts or similar behavior are observed, our staff may refuse entry or ask you to leave the premises.

 

If you feel unwell or notice someone nearby who is feeling unwell, please let a nearby staff member know immediately.

 

If you are attending in a wheelchair, please contact the organizers in advance.
Please be aware that official video footage and photographs taken inside the venue, including the audience area, may be published.

Please note that during performances where cameras are present for official video recording, there is a possibility that you will appear in the footage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

Please refrain from handing fan letters or gifts directly to the artists. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but if you have brought any items, please deposit them in the “Present Box” located in the lobby.

If you are considering ordering a flower stand, please review the information below before proceeding with your order.

■Size Requirements:

For flower stands, please ensure that the base (the stand legs) measures 40 cm × 40 cm (1.3 ft x 1.3 ft) or less, and the height is 180 cm (5.9 ft) or less.

(Due to space constraints at the venue, we will not be able to display flower stands that do not meet these size requirements.)
■Delivery Date and Time (Please specify to the florist):

Please specify the delivery time between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on the day of the performance.

(Please note that if your package arrives outside of these hours, we will be unable to accept it.)

■Regarding Flower Pickup:

Please arrange with the florist to have the stands picked up after the performance.

Pickup may be available immediately after the performance on the day of the show, or it may be the following day.

 

*Please note that flower stands will be placed in accordance with venue regulations and fire safety laws.

Please be aware that if we receive a large number of flower stands, we may not be able to display all of them.
